Introduction: 

Mr. He Lyu is a Ph.D. student at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU). He joined NPU in 2021 after completing his Master’s degree at Harbin Engineering University (HEU), China. From 2008 to 2015, he studied at HEU, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, where he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees. Since 2015, he has worked in China Academy of Space Technology. Mr. Lyu’s research interests are in radiation effects of AI Chips, radiation hardening technology on components, etc. He is a member of CRPS.

Ms. Jingsi Cheng is a Ph.D. student at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU). She joined NPU in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, she has worked as an ASIC engineer at the UNISOC R&D center. From 2016 to 2019, she studied at Xidian University, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, where he received his M.S. degree. From 2012 to 2016, she studied at Northwest University, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, where he received his B.S. degree. Ms. Cheng’s research interests are in thein-sensor computing architecture based on analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
