Resume:

Dr. Gao is a full-time professor of Integrated Circuits at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU). He joined NPU in 2011 after completing his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics at the University of Strasbourg, France in 2011. From 2000 to 2007, he studied in NPU, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, where he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science and technologies. Since December, 2022, he has been servered as the director of the Multidisciplinary Research Center of Bio-inspired System-on-Chip.

His research interests include

² Devices, Circuits and Architecture of Bio-inspired Chips,

² Analog and mixed-signal CMOS integrated circuit design,

² Radiation-Hardening Techniques of ASICs and SoCs
